In a recent article we saw how NubAI, Nubeprint’s generative AI assistant, advises every account manager in a matter of minutes on cost-saving measures to optimize the printer fleet. Let’s see now how it answers the most frequently asked questions about the day-to-day management of the Panel.
1st. How do I remove a machine from the system?
“To remove a machine from the Nubeprint system, you must follow these steps:
1. Access the Inventory application within the Nubeprint platform.
2. Use the Search field to locate the printer you wish to remove by entering the serial number and pressing enter on the keyboard.
3. Once you have located the printer, proceed to remove it from the current project.
If in the future you need to reinstall a device that has been removed in order to be able to monitor it again in the same project, you must perform the Reinstall action. This action can be performed from the Backend or, if you do not have access to it, you can request assistance from Nubeprint Support.
If your intention is to move a printer from one Project to another, after removing the printer and reinstalling it in the new location with its corresponding CPM, the printer will appear in the system associated to the new Project”.
2nd. How do I delete a project?
“To delete a project in Nubeprint, you must follow these steps:
1. Go to the Settings app within Nubeprint.
2. Locate the Delete Project section.
