The congress also heralded the imminent arrival of 6G networks, a promise of mobile connectivity that defies the limits of time and space. With lower latency and data rates against all logic, 6G networks open the door to an even more interconnected and dynamic digital world.
In June 2010, Nubeprint was born with a clear vocation to serve the business society through the intelligent use of monitoring technology, being a pioneer in the development of intelligent monitoring technology (it invests more than 30% of its turnover in R&D&I).
Did you know …….?
It takes as little as 10 minutes to learn how to improve printer fleet management.
As part of the Nubeprint team, I was testing NubAI, our generative AI assistant, which is similar to Chat GPT, the other day. And I did it with the intention of making it difficult, I wanted to know how far it was able to go in its answers. Truth be told, I was perplexed at the accuracy and detail it showed me. Do you want to know how it surprised me…?
By asking some typical questions suggested by the NubAI wizard, these were the exact answers, just as NubAI answered them:
1. Give me information about the A4FK011004733 printer.
“The printer with serial number A4FK011004733 is a Konica Minolta Bizhub C284 model, color multifunctional. It has a total print counter of 585226 prints, with 472127 in black and 113099 in color. The IP address is 192.168.1.142. Toner levels are: 36% for black with 9720 pages remaining, 95% for cyan with 23750 pages remaining, 90% for magenta with 9144 pages remaining, and 78% for yellow with 19500 pages remaining. The black drum kit is at 63% with 81900 pages remaining. The fuser kit is at 93% with 548700 pages remaining. The transfer belt is at 86% with 193500 pages remaining. The waste toner is at 36.94% with 14775 pages remaining. The color drum kit is at 77% with 73150 pages remaining.”
2. What is the black consumable coverage on the A4FK011004733 machine?
“The black consumable coverage on the A4FK011004733 machine is 15,804%.”
3. How is the performance of the Madera project?
“The performance of the Madera project can be described as follows:
– There are no printers with a usage rate considered optimal, indicating that all printers are underutilized.
– The project has a total of 6 underutilized printers.
– The monitoring rate of the printers is not optimal, with 6 printers not adequately monitored.
– In terms of color management, of the 6 printers, 2 are adequately managed, with an average monthly color management of 29.
– The project has achieved a total CO2 savings of 94.86 kg and has recycled a total of 47 cartridges, reflecting a positive environmental awareness.
– The total waste percentage is 4.60%, with an environmental measure of 95.40.
– Currently, there are no data capture devices (DCA) online and 1 offline.
– There are 3 machines online and 3 offline, which could affect operational efficiency.
– All printers are connected as NET and have thresholds set in days.
– All underutilized printers have a delivery method in DIRECT DELIVERY.
– A total of 2 technical alerts and 8 user alerts have been recorded, with a monthly average of 0.33 and 1.33 respectively.
These indicators suggest that there are areas for improvement in the performance of the Madera project, especially in terms of printer utilization and monitoring.”
And so much for my experience in just 10 minutes, the efficiency of the answers speak for themselves. Then I put myself in my client’s role and, with NubAI’s answer in one hand and the Panel in the other, I started to adjust parameters in the system to improve the management of the contract I asked about.
It was a simple process and within anyone’s reach. The NubAI Wizard allows any account manager to identify in minutes opportunities for improvement in order to take steps to save on costs and optimize the printer fleet without having a deep knowledge of the panel or its functionalities: just ask and get a real-time answer from your NubAI Wizard.

Nubeprint announces the deployment of NubAI.
The activation of the NubAI generative AI assistant has already begun in 30% of the different Nubeprint systems, with full deployment scheduled for March. We explain below what it will consist of.
What new features will appear once we have deployed NubAI?
1) You will see a renewed Panel:
– New icons (you can recover its usual iconography from the usual button, top right).
– Renewed header
2) You will have NubAI: access to the system through the AI with which you will be able to interact, making queries that will allow you to know your park better and improve its management. NubAI also solves operational questions (such as “operator’s manual”) or tactical questions (such as, for example, identifying the best solution for monitoring a customer according to its characteristics). NubAI will be available by default in the Operator and Partner profiles (it will not be activated in the Customer profile).
Is there a cost for the Nubeprint customer?
NubAI is included in your license. The content of the queries is related to the features you have purchased, so the scope of the queries is limited to the apps you have purchased. The functionalities whose content is included in a “Business Consulting” service are currently delivered in Beta mode and at no cost to the customer. If these conditions change in the future, you will be notified well in advance.
Is this all that NubAI offers or are there plans to add more?
In the coming months and in the long term, more benefits will be added to NubAI with the aim of turning it into a business advisor and management assistant for monitored print services. There is no limit: the limit will be set by the value added for you, a Nubeprint customer. For this reason, we encourage you to share with us your experience with NubAI and tell us what else you would like to be able to do with the AI that Nubeprint has made available to you*.
* Send a comment about your experience with NubAI to info@nubeprint.com, indicating your name, company and license number (at the top right of the panel, by clicking on ).

Did you know …….?
There is a technology that transforms the wind from Mars into electricity.
Although it may seem like science fiction, the European Space Agency (ESA) is already investigating how to supply energy to future space missions and, eventually, to the first settlers on the red planet. In this project, it accepted a proposal from the Spanish company Tekniker for the first prototype wind turbine adapted to the environmental conditions of Mars. What is this extraordinary invention…?
The exploration of Mars will require complete autonomy from Earth, which means that energy supply will be essential for survival. Due to dust storms on Mars, solar energy is not stable and alternatives must be sought.
The European Space Agency (ESA) accepted the proposal of the technology company Tekniker (Guipúzcoa, Spain), to convert Mars wind into electricity, a company that created its first prototype in 2021.
The aim of the project is to create the first efficient and resilient wind turbine to produce energy with a triboelectric generator, adapting it to Mars conditions, and converting wind energy into electrical energy to be used as an auxiliary source for solar panels.
The research faces challenges such as reducing torque to allow freedom of movement in the Mars wind, adapting to atmospheric pressure, and resisting Martian dust. It must also strike a balance between turbine lifetime and power generation.
Once the two turbines have been manufactured, various tests have been carried out. In addition to the environmental conditions simulator at its technology center, Tekniker also used the Martian wind tunnel at the University of Aarhus (Denmark). There they have observed the rotation of the wind turbine in different wind and pressure conditions, as well as the start-up.
Once the tests have been passed, the turbines will be able to rotate on Mars and wind energy can be used as a secondary energy system. In addition, the triboelectric generators will reduce the size of the turbines, making them easier to transport and more efficient.
The goal now is to further optimize the design through trial/error and achieve a final model by 2027, in addition to the development of a converter that transforms electrostatic energy into electrical energy. In this way, any space system will be able to generate electricity in the future and have an alternative energy source when solar is not enough.
Nubeprint has been a pioneer in the development of intelligent monitoring technology. It invests more than 30% of its turnover in R&D&I. The result is a new patent every 2 years and dozens of unique developments with recognized intellectual property. Recently, Nubeprint has introduced the new NubAI generative AI assistant, similar to ChatGPT, which responds in real time to any help questions about the system and to any queries about the status of customer projects.

Big Data analytics helps eCommerce growth.
Nearly 20% of sales made worldwide in 2023 were through eCommerce, a growing trend that highlights the need for companies to analyze Big Data to have an effective online sales channel. Do you want to know how…?
There is no doubt that eCommerce worldwide continues its growing trend.
In the case of Spain, one out of every five purchases (19.9%) are made through eCommerce, according to the latest data from the INE. This trend indicates that companies must adapt their sales strategy to digital channels.
The eCommerce must meet a number of requirements to be attractive:
1. Eye-catching design and intuitive navigation.
2. Image and product description well detailed.
3. Web security.
4. Easy payment, admitting different methods.
5. Good sales and after-sales service.
All this, together with a greater knowledge of customers and their buying habits thanks to data analysis (Big Data), helps the online sales channel to be key to the strategy of companies.
Big Data has become the best tool for the growth of digital commerce. It allows to know the user’s profile and behavior at the right time of purchase.
The use of eCommerce analysis tools, such as Google Analytics, makes it possible to track the main indicators to analyze how the user behaves in the process that culminates with the purchase. All this information in real time helps companies to make decisions.
Knowledge of sales and returns recorded in real time (by days, months and years), average customer spending and billing peaks, along with comparisons with previous periods, is vital for any company.
Big Data analysis will help to make the best decisions and maximize the digital commerce of each company.
Nubeprint, which has been working with AI Machine Learning for MPS for years, facilitates decision making in the management of any printer fleet. Recently, we have incorporated the NubAI generative AI assistant, which, using the Big Data of the Nubeprint system, allows the manager or executive of the company to know the exact situation of its printer fleet with a few simple questions.
