Nubeprint has just presented NubAI in LatAm and Spain, with great reception and attendance success, with the presence of leading wholesalers, manufacturers and distributors in the printing sector.
Nubeprint has never been satisfied with just putting in the hands of its customers the best monitoring tool that allows them to remotely manage the needs of printers and copiers. It also dedicates an important effort to create knowledge within the service provider.
To this end, in 2016 Nubeprint implemented an AI engine capable of optimizing cost-per-copy contracts. The results are known to our customers, and have not been achieved by any other tool: the system allows us to define a threshold based on days, and not only on the percentage remaining in the cartridge as with other solutions; the operator can also group consumables deliveries automatically, know exactly what each printer will need and when they will be produced, and even know the actual coverage used by the customer, i.e. that which includes the waste that occurs when a user changes the cartridge prematurely, and which represents a major loss of profitability for the service provider.
Only in this way can a reseller provide a service that its customers value and perceive as unique, rather than having to cut prices and margins to the bone.
The help content that Nubeprint provides in its products has a high value and creative content, and not only educational content. Both the written explanation via the Help button on the Dashboard screen, and the answers provided by Support itself, try to address the specific business needs of each reseller. Webinars and training in general also focus on conveying to the Nubeprint user which is the best option depending on their objectives.
But today Nubeprint goes one step further with the addition of generative AI in order to make it easier to access all the immense knowledge that Nubeprint accumulates from cost-per-copy or auto-replacement contracts. From now on, Nubeprint customers will have the new NubAI tool available in their dashboard. In real time, the Nubeprint user will be able to make queries to improve a specific contract, to know the status of a printer or to solve doubts about how to monitor a USB printer.
NubAI provides detailed yet comprehensive answers that allow the Nubeprint operator to better understand its printer fleet, reduce costs, increase margins and improve its sustainability impact.
With this new service, we take a new step in the use of AI. Nubeprint was the first to introduce an AI engine for real-time analysis of printer usage data. As a result, Nubeprint remains the only solution that allows users to ask the system to alert them when a certain consumable is, for example, 8 days away from running out. Or to be notified once a week of all the consumables that will be needed in the next 8 days in the monitored equipment to manage a single delivery. These “small details” are the difference between intelligently and proactively managing thousands of printing equipment at the lowest possible supply cost and doing so based on simple expectations.
The service is displayed as a wizard available in the Dashboard of any Nubeprint licence. The rollout will start in January and will continue for several months until all customers have access.
