ImpresorasRenting selects Nubeprint as the technology to manage its service contracts

ImpresorasRenting selects Nubeprint as the technology to manage its service contracts.
ImpresorasRenting is a printer management and leasing services company with clients throughout Spain, established in 2008. Printer leasing includes equipment rental, consumables and the technical service necessary for its operation. Its administrator, Mr. Buenaventura Rodriguez Rivero, comments on the reasons for choosing Nubeprint technology for such a critical task as monitoring his clients’ printers and managing their needs: “Nubeprint’s software allows us to provide a better service and have control over our clients’ printer fleet. We only need to install the data collector on one of the computers in the customer’s network. For smaller customers we benefit from the Nubeprint app for convenient monitoring from the customer’s own cell phone. The software does not collect data that could be sensitive for customers. It is limited to transmitting only those data that allow us to manage the printer leasing service to automatically send consumables and notify the counters to billing.” ImpresorasRenting puts its customer’s experience first. The implementation of Nubeprint has allowed it to continue in that vein. “Our customers don’t need to worry about consumable stock. We now receive alerts as many days in advance as we have programmed in order to have the right stock and always send the cartridge to the customer at the right time,” continues Mr. Rodriguez.

In addition to the above, the implementation of Nubeprint as a key system within ImpresorasRenting and interconnected with other systems in the organization, has meant significant time savings in requesting meter readings from customers and in managing the consumables needs of printers. “We have been able to eliminate the waste caused by replacing the cartridge before it runs out, and as a result we help our customers achieve their sustainability goals, while the profitability of our contracts has increased. We are also able to refine our pricing much better as Nubeprint tells us the actual coverage on each piece of printing equipment, allowing us to pass on the cost fairly to each customer.”

There are new opportunities for printing supplies after COVID-19.
Rarely does an event, occurrence or disease affect the global landscape. In our lifetime, we have witnessed regional conflicts, terrorist acts, natural disasters and trade wars that have some sort of effect on industries. The current pandemic crisis is global and is having an increasingly profound impact on our daily lives.
But what does this mean for companies that rely on printing supplies to generate revenue?
In the short term, it negatively affected the toner cartridge business; but change always brings opportunities and the promptness with which many in the industry have rethought their direction
helped them to cope and lessen the impact of the situation.
In the long term, this crisis will open up new horizons, for one thing, we have the change in the overall volume of printing, as some remote workers have used inkjet and smaller lasers; others have learned to reduce the number of their printouts, and all will bring their new habits back to the office.
We need to think of remanufacturing in a broader scope, and encompass both hardware and supplies. This is because OEMs will be under more pressure from companies to place new devices, as they will not want to make commitments to expensive leases due to economic uncertainty, as well as increasing environmental awareness.
After COVID-19, companies looking for a subscription model will be prepared for one based on remanufactured devices and supplies, with this, the market for refurbished MFPs will accelerate.
In this line, Nubeprint is the perfect tool to manage all your multi-brand devices in a subscription model independent of any hardware manufacturer and giving the option to the distributor to market the consumable they want, both original and remanufactured.

There are environmentally friendly materials for printing.
Our planet needs help. Time is ticking and from an environmental point of view, every action counts.
The use of environmentally friendly materials and the application of sustainable production processes must now be part of our DNA.
We must be responsible and reduce environmental pollution, if we limit the discharge of harmful waste, we will ultimately improve the state of the planet.
Let’s use ecological elements, that is to say, that relate environmentally with nature in a sustainable way. These actions of ecological sensitivity allow companies and individuals to project a positive and ecological image that more and more people are appreciating.
Some materials and their applications.
The use of sustainable resources in printing processes allows us to take care of the environment, and this action becomes a differentiator within corporate social responsibility.
Let’s see which are the main ecological printing materials we use.
Recycled and recyclable material.
Recycled is the ecological support that has already been used and has been reinvented for reuse. Recyclable, on the other hand, is potentially reusable as long as it is deposited in the corresponding container and the appropriate procedures are applied afterwards.
Biodegradable and compostable material.
These materials are completely PVC-free and, therefore, do not require human intervention to reintegrate with nature in the same way as leaves or pieces of wood. They even serve as fertilizer after a few weeks!
Bamboo, cardboard, wood and others. They are used to make displays or packs that, until now, were made from plastics. Their ecological footprint is significantly smaller.
Latex inks.
They consist of a water-based solution with wetting agents that include different pigments and polymers (resins). When latex inks dry, the water is diluted in nature without releasing toxic residues or odors.
Sustainable printers.
The choice of printing equipment compatible with the above inks, and designed with an ecological approach, contributes mightily to environmental health. Among its main benefits are the absence of volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions and its contribution to excellent air quality with maximum safety.

Some 40% of CEOs and executives worldwide believe that the majority of their employees will telecommute at least two days a week in the next three years.
So says KPMG’s latest CEO Outlook 2021 report. The study takes the pulse of the business sector after a year and a half of pandemic, highlighting this shift towards building a more flexible work environment and confidence in an early economic recovery.
The data show that 42% plan to hire professionals to work mainly remotely. As for holding meetings of their management teams virtually, 54% of executives are in favor of this. In addition, 21% plan to reduce or have already reduced their office space,
Executives’ digital transformation objectives show that around 60% will allocate more funds to technology than to training (40%). Despite the figures, the gap is smaller compared to 2020, when the percentages were 67% and 33%, respectively.
Beyond telework, the report shows a rebound in the confidence of the business sector, which despite the delta variant of SARS-CoV-2 views the next three years with optimism. Sixty-two percent of CEOs anticipate that the global economy will improve. This is two percentage points higher than the global figure (60%) and double the figures of a year ago.
The hope placed in economic growth encourages 90% of CEOs to believe that their companies will grow in the next three years and that, as a result of this process, they plan to increase their workforces: 86% (88% globally) plan to hire more staff between 2021 and 2024, and 36% of them say that the increase will be more than 6%.
Mergers and acquisitions are seen as a solution to capitalize on growth opportunities. Globally, 87% of CEOs will seek to close M&A deals in the next three years. In addition, only 38% will opt for organic growth, focusing on R&D and innovation. In contrast, 62% will prioritize strategic alliances (26%), joint ventures (10%) and outsourcing (2%).
