Scorecard is built out of a list of indicators selected to facilitate your managing the printers and copiers. The color code is useful to grab your attention on those aspects that need some improvement:

Green: the indicator is good.
Yellow: the indicator warns you that a deviation to best market practice may be taking place.
Red: the indicator requires your attention. Take a look at the value information that is shown close to the indicator in order to understand much better of what is going on.

Snapshot provides all basics of your portfolio of printers and copiers. It indicates figures like the number of devices, the pages printed during the current month, the average number of print-outs per day, the amount of shipments that have been made and how many of these cartridges are pending to be installed or are still at the local warehouse (if any), together with some complete stats about the technical alerts.

Group Shipping App

SUMMARY
Let you verify and modify the method of shipment for consumables.

IN DETAIL
This page let you determine the day of the week in which you want to receive the alerts for consumables. There are 3 method: direct delivery (alert is triggered when the consumable level reaches the threshold), group the shipments into one day per week, and managing the warehouse located at the customer.

Service Calendar App

SUMMARY
Schedule of installations planned for the next few weeks.

IN DETAIL
This screen shows a schedule with the estimated installations that will be needed in the coming weeks.
Select a date to view planned replacements of all consumables for all machines in the selected project. If a day has many estimated installations then it will be shown within the calendar in a highlighted way.

Consumable Alerts App

SUMMARY
List of cartridges that will soon have to be replaced in the printer or copier.

IN DETAIL
This page shows the cartridges of all kinds that have been shipped and that they have not been installed in the corresponding device jet. The results are shown for the project/s selected from the List of Active Projects.
The information shown includes for each specific printer or copier the type of cartridge, the date in which the system notified the need to ship a new replacement, the number of days to installation, the level at which the cartridge is (%) and the recommended reference (SKU / Part Number) of the cartridge.
The table includes only those cartridges shipped but not jet installed. Once the cartridge is installed, use the Installations App for tracking.

Printer Status App

SUMMARY
Modify thresholds and verify the level of the most common supplies of the printers and copiers that are currently being managed.

IN DETAIL
This App allows you to modify the threshold, both in terms of reamining days or %, and it lists the printers and copiers that are being managed and their current level of supplies.

Installations App

SUMMARY
Modify thresholds and verify the level of the most common supplies of the printers and copiers that are currently being managed.

Technical Alerts App

SUMMARY
List of technical alerts pending to be solved.

IN DETAIL
This page shows the alerts generated because of technical reasons. The results are shown for the project/s selected from the List of Active Projects.
A technical alert can be generated automatically or by the user of the printer/copier user (from his/her own access to the Cloud of the printer). The date and time when the alert was reported is shown on this table, together with the reason. When a technical alert is triggered, you shall receive an email with all details including printer address, current levels of the supplies, and details of the current alert and a list of all historical alerts reported for this printer. The email is sent just once.
Unless otherwise specified by your system provider, the alert is automatically canceled after four days. Should the reason of the alert persist after such a period, the system will treat it as a new alert. A new email notification will then be sent to you.

CPMs App

Printers Offline App

SUMMARY
List of CPM agents and devises that have lost the connectivity with the monitoring tool.

IN DETAIL
This page shows those printers and copiers that are not communicating anymore. When the connectivity with the CPM agent is lost, then the printers associated with this agent are not shown in this list, so that you focus on re-establishing the connectivity with the CPM. This App shows a diagnose and some hint to solve any connectivity issue.

Counters App

SUMMARY
Detailed list of counter values for each device.

The list of counters include the basic (black and color) and many other counters as long as they are available in the printer. These counters are used to bill per image or per page.

Obselescence App

SUMMARY
List of printers and copiers for which there is an economic reason or a technical reason to replace.

IN DETAIL
This page shows the list of printers and copiers that are obsolete from an operational point of view. The obsolescence is measured in terms of total volume of pages printed and assuming a printer life is 3 years. A printer being 5 years old but that has been printing a low volume is considered to be fully operational. The calculation is based on a recommended volume of pages per month. This recommended volume is not necessarily the volume recommended by the printer manufacturer. Instead it is calculated based on a benchmark for similar models as a way to optimize the cost per page.
The page also shows those printers for which there are technical reasons to order their replacement. This is so if during the last few months the number of accumulated technical issues is such that we can conclude that the printer cannot be repaired satisfactorily, and that such failure is impacting both the user of the printer (he/she can’t print regularly) and the dealer providing the service (due to the costs associated to the multiple visits of the technician.

Prior to your decision to replace a printer or copier, we recommend you look in detail other parameters of this printer. You can find them in the Cloud of the printer. Access the Cloud by just clicking on the Serial Number of the device.

Volumes App

SUMMARY
Volume of cartridges for each printer or copier required by each one in the following 12 months. This quantity shown is a forecast.

IN DETAIL
This page shows the volume of pages and the volume of cartridge toners that each printer individual will very likely need in the following 12 months. This estimate is calculated based on the historical tracking. The information requires between 15 days and 30 days to show up and provide pretty accurate data, assuming that the data is collected regularly by the CPM.
The estimates are calculated by the system using the data pulled from each printer or copier. As a consequence, the volume of cartridges does also take into consideration the actual durability of the cartridges currently installed. This durability depends on the cartridge itself and on the actual coverage used to print the documents. Unless specified differently by your system provider, the system is using the OEM high yield cartridge standards (were available), or the OEM standard yield cartridge.

Actual Coverage App

The App shows the performance of each cartridge used in the printers managed. It includes the actual coverage. Some filters are available and allow you to group the results and visualize them per cartridge, per SKU or per serial number of the device.

This app shows to which extend the printer / copier is well used, underused or overused. It also compares it with other units of the same contract. The information is updated monthly, once the data from the last month is available.

Shipment Analysis App

SUMMARY
Statistics about all shipments to each printer or copier device.
