The Nubeprint Cloud now displays not only the MPS Compliant counters, but also the printer’s main counters, providing a much more complete and transparent view of the actual device usage.
Thanks to this improvement, for models with scanning capability, the platform also shows the total number of scans, which is especially relevant in MPS environments where scanned copies are part of the billing. In this way, the end customer can clearly understand what is being measured and what is being billed, strengthening trust and reducing potential discrepancies.
This functionality is integrated with the expansion of the Nubeprint billing module, which now allows billing of up to 12 different counters per device, delivering significantly greater flexibility to adapt to complex contracts and advanced billing models.
Overall, these new features reinforce transparency, control, and customization capabilities for MPS services managed with Nubeprint.
UPLOAD OF CUSTOM CONSUMABLE REFERENCES
Zero Intermediate customers can now upload and manage their own consumable references, significantly increasing system flexibility.
In addition to the OEM references included by default, operators can add their own internal or commercial references and define durability to obtain the actual yield of their references. The platform intelligently combines both, ensuring that consumables alerts always correctly identify the corresponding item.
This improvement makes it possible to align the system with the operator’s actual catalogs, streamline organization processes, and reduce errors in consumable identification and replenishment, while maintaining the reliability and automation inherent to Zero Intermediate.
Starting March 1, consumables alerts will be generic for new models, while OEM references will be maintained for existing models. If you are interested in creating your own references, contact your sales representative to learn more about the advantages of Zero Intermediate.
