The result of this integration is that when a customer or dealer has both services, information flows seamlessly from one system to the other. The operator no longer needs to extract information from Nubeprint to load it into Oxygen, a breakthrough that significantly streamlines the process.
The integration functionalities most appreciated by customers who have both systems are:
– Always up-to-date meter readings automatically updated in Oxygen ERP.
– Automatic creation of toner delivery notes/notices automatically when Nubeprint sends an alert, also indicating to Oxygen when the shipped cartridge has been installed in the printer, thus allowing the operator to completely close the shipment from the ERP.
– Control of the toner stock in replenishment at the customer. By monitoring through Nubeprint when the customer installs the toner shipped, Oxygen can detect whether, in the event of a consumables alert, the customer still has toner in stock or is running out of the last one.
– Cloud access to any printer from Oxygen ERP, accessing data in real time.
This integration improves the user experience and saves valuable time by eliminating the need to manually export and import files.
