Welcome to the Nubeprint CloudPrinting Suite Service site or ZERO Service site (the “CPS Site”). Nube Print S.L. and/or its affiliates (“Nubeprint”) provides the CPS Site to you subject to the following authorization to share data of your Content (“Authorization”). By visiting the CPS Site, you accept the Authorization. Please read them carefully.
We will implement reasonable and appropriate measures designed to help you secure Your Content against accidental or unlawful loss, access or disclosure.
When you visit the CPS Site and make use of it you will be loading it with data. Some data will automatically be captured by CPS from the remote devices you want to manage. This data does not contain personal data, but only pieces of data available from the device that is used by CPS to determine to which extend this device does need or will need any service or supply. Some other data is loaded by you either manually or from another electronic sources. This data can contain personal data that you own..
Personal data is any kind of data that includes names of persons or companies or organizations of any kind, addresses, telephones, emails, URLs or any free comment introduced by you in the CPS Site.
CPS Site will keep generating data as it processes the data loaded by you. This so called Auto-Feed data is of the property of Nubeprint and shall never contain personal data.
You herewith authorize Nubeprint to use the data of your Content to build statistics and improve its technology. By no means will Nubeprint be using the personal Data of your Content.
You also authorize Nubeprint to share the non-personal data of your Content with the Distributor.
Nubeprint authorizes you to use the data of its property in an unlimited way while the CPS Customer Agreement remains active.
Our technology uses complex data mining algorithms to provide you with the information that improves your Service Offering. For such a reason we need to have unlimited access to the data, including the data of your Content. You accept that Nubeprint may use the data to improve the services delivered to you. For obvious reasons we may have access to all the information loaded in the systems included in the Service Offering (CPS or other) and you accept this; but Nubeprint will not disclose this information unless required to comply with the law or requests of governmental entities.
The Distributor may receive the statistics obtained from your Content in order to do a better tracking of your needs and to improve the services and deliveries to you. The statistic data does not contain personal information of your Content. You authorize Nubeprint to share this statistic data with the Distributor.
This Authorization starts as you accept it and expires when does the Agreement. This Authorization is considered to be accepted when you keep login into the CPS system 15 days from it being issued or modified.
The Distributor you authorize is the company that has issued the invoice to you or that facilitates your access to Nubeprint CPS system.
This Agreement shall be governed by Spanish law. We and or you shall submit any legal questions that could arise in relation to the interpretation and fulfillment of this Agreement to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the city of Madrid, expressly waiving any other applicable jurisdiction.
Please review our other policies on the CPS Site. These policies also govern your visit to the CPS Site. We reserve the right to make changes to the CPS Site, policies, and this Authorization to Share Data at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
